Ini bukan tentang mengosongkan pikiran, melainkan tentang menyadari pikiran, perasaan, dan sensasi tubuh yang muncul dan berlalu. Di tengah hiruk pikuk kehidupan modern yang menuntut multitasking dan sering kali membuat pikiran kita terjebak di masa lalu (kekhawatiran) atau masa depan (kecemasan), <em>Mindfulness<\/em> menawarkan jangkar ke saat ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dasar dari <em>Mindful Living<\/em> adalah <strong>Meditasi Mindfulness<\/strong>. Praktik ini bisa sesederhana memperhatikan napas selama lima menit atau fokus pada sensasi saat makan. Secara ilmiah, <em>Mindfulness<\/em> telah terbukti menurunkan tingkat hormon kortisol (hormon stres) dan bahkan dapat memicu perubahan struktural pada otak, meningkatkan kepadatan materi abu-abu di area yang terkait dengan memori dan regulasi emosi. Manfaatnya termasuk peningkatan fokus, pengurangan reaktivitas emosional, dan rasa keseimbangan yang lebih baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengintegrasikan <em>Mindfulness<\/em> ke dalam rutinitas harian tidak harus melalui sesi meditasi formal yang panjang.
