Mitos dan informasi yang keliru sering membuat kita salah langkah dalam memperbaiki kualitas tidur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Memahami Tahapan Tidur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tidur Non-REM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Meliputi tiga tahap mulai dari kantuk hingga tidur nyenyak.
